Which loft should I choose?
Lofts 32 and 36 are on the ground floor. Lofts 38 and 42 are upstairs and require stairs. Each has one queen bedroom and a living-room futon for additional guests, with a maximum of four guests per apartment. These are compact apartments of approximately 400 square feet.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Each loft welcomes one dog. Include your dog in the booking form so the applicable pet fee is included. Sorry, no cats.
What about parking and laundry?
Each loft has one assigned parking space. Loft 36’s space is in the shared garage; the others have dedicated spaces as described in their listings. No additional on-site parking is available. There is no in-unit laundry; a laundromat is nearby.
Can we book more than one loft?
Yes, subject to availability. Each apartment has its own calendar and reservation. Check matching dates for the lofts you want, or email our Team for help coordinating your stay.
What is the building like?
This is a vintage, two-story, four-unit apartment building with shared walls and floors or ceilings. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. White-noise machines are provided.
How do I reserve my stay?
Use your chosen loft’s booking form to enter dates and guests, review the current quote and terms, and reserve through OwnerRez. The primary renter must be at least 25. After booking, complete the rental agreement to receive your Guest Portal. Stay requirements vary by date.
