The Ventura Beach Lofts are four vacation apartments at 1132, 1136, 1138, and 1142 Pittsfield Lane in Ventura’s Pierpont Beach neighborhood. They are in the same four-unit building, approximately half a block from the sand.

Loft 32 is at 1132 Pittsfield Lane and Loft 36 is at 1136; both are ground-floor apartments. Loft 38 is at 1138 and Loft 42 is at 1142; both are upstairs, require stairs, and have vaulted ceilings. Each apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a separate reservation calendar.

The lofts are near the beach, approximately half a block from the sand. They are not beachfront apartments. You can walk from the building to Pierpont Beach for beach time and sunset walks.

Each loft accommodates a maximum of four guests. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living area for additional guests. At approximately 400 square feet, each apartment is a compact option for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

Yes. Each loft has a full kitchen, an in-wall air-conditioning and heating unit, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. Kitchens include a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes.

Ventura Beach Loft 32 and Ventura Beach Loft 36 are on the ground floor. Lofts 38 and 42 are upstairs. If you have specific mobility needs, contact our Team before reserving so we can discuss the layout; the ground-floor apartments are not represented as ADA-compliant.

Yes, subject to availability. The four lofts are individual apartments in the same building, which lets friends or family stay close while having separate living spaces. Check the calendars for matching dates and reserve each apartment separately, or ask our Team to help coordinate.

The lofts are in a vintage, two-story, four-unit apartment building dedicated to vacation beach rentals. Chic Beach Vacations manages the four apartments. It is an apartment stay, with your own kitchen and living space, rather than a hotel room.

Yes. Each loft welcomes one dog, with a pet fee included when you add your dog to your reservation. Sorry, no cats. If you are planning outings with your dog, check the rules for each beach, park, and business before visiting.

Yes. Each apartment includes one designated parking space. Loft 36’s assigned space is in the shared garage; the other lofts have assigned spaces as described in their listings. There are no additional on-site parking spaces. Please contact our Team before booking if vehicle size or parking access is a concern.

There is no in-unit laundry. A laundromat is nearby. If laundry is important for your stay, ask our Team about the local options before reserving.

Yes. The loft listings include beach gear such as chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Ask our Team if you need to confirm a particular item before your trip.

The apartments share walls, and ground-floor apartments have another apartment above them. Some sound can travel between units. White-noise machines are provided, and quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. If sound sensitivity is a major concern, discuss it with our Team before booking.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. Follow the times and arrival details in your reservation confirmation and Guest Portal. Early check-in, when available, can be requested through the Guest Portal.

Choose a loft on our main page, review its live availability calendar, and select “Check price & book.” Enter your dates, guest count, and dog information in that loft’s OwnerRez booking form. Review the quote, fees, cancellation policy, and rental terms before completing your reservation.

You will receive a request to confirm your reservation and sign the rental agreement. Completing that agreement triggers your Guest Portal information. Your entry code is released in the Guest Portal 48 hours before check-in.

The primary renter must be at least 25. Minimum stays vary by dates, season, and availability. Enter your exact dates in the booking form to see whether they meet the current requirements. Saturday departures are not offered.

Pierpont is a relaxed Ventura beach neighborhood where time on the sand can be part of an ordinary day. From the lofts, you can walk to the beach and nearby Seaward Avenue dining. It suits guests looking for an apartment base in a beach neighborhood, with downtown and harbor outings available beyond it.

Yes. The lofts’ Pierpont location puts neighborhood restaurants, coffee, and shops within walking distance. Seaward Avenue is a natural starting point. Ask our Team for suggestions, and check current opening hours before heading out.

You can enjoy beach time and nearby neighborhood dining on foot. A car is useful if you want to explore Downtown Ventura, Ventura Harbor, Ojai, Santa Barbara, or other parts of the coast. Each loft includes one assigned parking space.

The lofts are in Pierpont Beach, rather than Downtown Ventura. Walking distance depends on your downtown destination and route. For an evening out, plan your transportation using a current map instead of assuming downtown is a short stroll from the apartment.
